The Lead Pastor of Shale Harbor Church is a full time, paid staff position that reports to the elders. This individual will lead a small group of people and their families in a unique worship and teaching style. This individual will also identify the needs of students and families in Lemont, IL and provide programs that encourage spiritual growth toward Christ. This individual will foster healthy community within Shale Harbor Church ensuring a spirit of family and cooperation.

1. Have an authentic, committed relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. Possesses a bachelors degree.
3. Has experience working with computers, and basic audio/visual equipment.
